Lawyer (m/f/d) full-time with immediate effect
To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a full-time
Lawyer (m/f/d)
for the area of commercial and corporate law
Are you a committed person with a strong commercial understanding and looking for a place where you can put your legal understanding and creativity into practice in challenging cases? Then come and join us!
The tasks
You will review and work on challenging legal issues in the areas of commercial and corporate law
You will provide conceptual advice as well as draft and negotiate contracts and work out the best possible solution for our clients
What you bring to the table
You are a fully qualified lawyer, have above-average grades and ideally have additional qualifications such as a doctorate and/or an LL.M.
You have a strong commercial understanding and have some initial professional experience
You are characterised by a high willingness to learn and perform, have a high level of comprehension and the ability to communicate precisely and comprehensibly
You make the tasks assigned to you your own and drive them forward with diligence and great commitment
You enjoy your work and enjoy working in a team
